haha.. and its amazing how people jus ramble on when they're frustrated or worked up. Sometimes i do that when i argue with my bf and it makes me wonder where all the words come from..

So i guess its important to remember that arguement is not just about out-talking or having the last say.

At the end of the day, if argueing did not better the situation and did not make me reflect on my own shortcomings, den i guess its really time and energy wasted.

I think argueing can really be a gd form of communication though its high-energy. haha at least you can pretty much be sure that no one is bottling up anything. ;P

It's actually good to focus on communication because that way, you learn to tune in to your partner's needs and it develops your listening skills too! Of course it applies to your partner too! It's harder than u think! Well, I have to learn this fast! =)
